What is Coder's Toolbox?

There are lots of programming blogs out there. Lots of blogs full of lots of good information. Information that helps other coders become better developers.  I hope this blog also provides some useful information. However, the information is coming from a different (hopefully) angle.

Every coder has a toolbox. In that box are lots of tools (what else would be in there? cats?) The tools that quickly come to mind are ones like these: languages and syntax specifics, experience of building cool thing x using language y, knowledge of computer science concepts, and even communication skills (commenting, interacting with co-workers, clients etc... even programmers have to talk sometimes! *gasp*).

This blog aims to discuss some of the tools that we as developers tend to not think about. The lesser thought about, yet still very valuable tools such as health, life outside of coding, and well... maybe even cats. Some of the topics will be more obviously related to programming, others not so much.

This blog is an experiment, and a journey. Not a well planned out journey, but more like one where you find a path in the woods and meander somewhat aimlessly. I hope you enjoy the journey, and maybe find something useful along the way!
